Well, it's Nogizaka46's Tachinaori Chuu which was a B-side of their single ''Inochi wa Utsukushii'', released in March 2015.
This was a B-side and only sung by 7 members, most of which belong to the older girls. They are Shiraishi Mai, Hashimoto Nanami, Fukagawa Mai, Eto Misa, Takayama Kazumi, Matsumura Sayuri and Akimoto Manatsu. They are also all pretty popular.
I will talk about the song in short: Tachinaori Chuu is quite slow and a bit sad. It's still a really beautiful and especially the chorus is lovely and makes you emotional and stuff. It's a pretty dreamy song and I love it!
Even though she isn't really appointed as center, Maiyan gets the only solo lones. I like her voice a lot, so this is really nice.

Okay, so this is seriously a very, very beautiful, sad and lovely video! It's about some girls who are factory workers and mostly about Nanami and Maiyan. Nanamin is a really shy person who has only Maiyan as her friend. Maiyan is really open and friends with everyone and she wants to leave the factory to become famous. But she manages to spent a beautiful time at a secret place with Nanami before that, and even gets her to open up to get other friends as well!!! And then whenn she sees that Nanami can be happy without her, she leaves. It's still really, really sad, but I think it's just sooo lovely how she wants to pursue her dream only AFTER knowing her friend will also be happy. We can see that she indeed becomes famous and Nanami is happy while still thinking about Maiyan. Then, a few years after, Nanamin has a daughter and is walking with her to that secret place. There they meet Maiyan, who has come back and it's such a beautiful ending!!

Now, you know why I really wanted to talk about this video! It's like seriously one of the best videos ever and I'm still crying watching this almost one year after it was released. Nogi is simply so awesome, and I hope they always continue to do such amazing videos.. and the song is of course also perfect!!
