Now I will talk about the Up Coming Girls song ''Chewing Gum aji ga nakunaru made''.
This year was actually the first time this group appeared in the ranking. But I'm really happy another few ranks were added, since this allows even more girls to rank. :)
Center is Team K's Nagao Mariya. Well, it's pretty sad to see her here, since she was in the top of Next Girls last year. But on the other side she got a center (her 2nd one this year), so this is a great thing. :)
Chewing Gum aji ga nakunaru made is a nice up-beat song, though it isn't as energetic as some others. It actually reminds me a bit of older AKB48 songs (like the UnderGirls songs or Koko ni Ita Koto songs). It does feel a bit bland, but I still think it's quite catchy! Just not that special.. And I don't know how to descirbe these types of songs. It feels overrated if I praise it too much but at the same time it doesn't fo the song justice if I say it's a bad song.. It's just really in the middle of the two, leaning more to the positive side because of its catchiness.

Man, that was a cool video! Of course, it was a bit too much centered around Mariyagi. But I really like the whole oldish Bowling setting. From the clothes to the set and to the dancing with pins (that was pretty cool). Except for Yagi of course, Ami and Akari totally owned this video. I may be a bit biased here, but they played with the camera so good (they are both so model-like) and they had fun in the dance shots.
So yeah, it's a nice video and definetely makes for a nice release together with the song! :)
