Today I will talk about Watanabe Miyuki's very first solo single with the title ''Yasashiku suru yori Kisu wo shite''.
After winning the 2014 Janken Tournament, Watanabe Miyuki was rewarded with a solo debut. I expected something like her solo song Warukii for this debut, but we've got something completely different. The whole concept of this single is 80's Idol and the limited edition cover is a remake of a cover of Matsuda Seiko (who is like the most famous Idol ever!!). I really like the Idols of the 80's (though I still don't know that many) and I think it's really cool that Milky's single turned out like this. Of course, the hair on the cover is very old-fashioned and everyone thinks it is ugly but I kinda like it. xD I love the whole concept to be honest.
Yasashiku suru yori kisu wo shite is a very old-fashioned Idol song, so it follows the whole image. It is pretty cute and I really like it. Milky's voice sounds good even though she isn't the best singer. But this type of song fits her voice very well and I kind of like that her voice isn't perfect. xD

So all the scenes with just the two at the beach were their farewell. That's pretty sad so no wonder Milky doesn't look happy in them.

Now, this was a very pretty video with beautiful settings (loved especially the beach scenes). And while it fitted the song, I have to admit that this wasn't the most exciting storyline ever. Milky seems to be in love with that boy (and he also loves her?) and she wants to be an Idol. But when she passed the audition the boy isn't really happy about that so they aren't coming together. And Milky always wants him to kiss her, but he doesn't do it. The story is kind of sad, but I have a feeling they could come together after he sees her with the cap on TV. But who knows.. xD
About Milky always waiting for a kiss I want to say: Why isn't she kissing him?
I understand that most girls are dreaming about the boy doing the first step, but come oooon Milky, just do it! ;)
It's still a nice video, though there isn't really much to talk about.
I'm happy about this single A-side and I really hope Milky is getting a second single soon (with real B-sides by her!!!!). xD
