Hello 2015!!

Happy New year 2015!!

I know I'm a bit too late, as I have been really busy the last two days. I was meeting up with friends and spent a lot of time with my family. 2014 has been a great and exciting year. I did my Abitur, Germany won the World Cup, I had my 18th birthday, I went to Japan and I started university. Expecially the last one was a big change, since I had moved to Duisburg for that. I found a lot of new friends and learning Japanese is so much fun! I wasn't able to blog as much as I wished to, but at least I have 7 posts more than I had in 2013! XD
Without noticing I somehow was able to hit 50,000 views. This makes me really happy, and I thank everyone who reads my blog for that.

Here are my most viewed posts of all time, and as you can see the 'I got a boy' post is still at the top. I guess Girls' Generation is just so popular. xD But as you can see, my AKB posts are slowly going up as well. And Sayanee is clearly popular.

And this are the searching words that some people were typing in and came to my blog with. Seeing Jurina as danso seems to be really popular (I love it too) and it's clear that many people are interested in Yabuki Nako. But what's with the ''nana is arrested and handcuffed''. :O
I really love these statistics though. :D


But now a new year has started and I'm really excited for it!!
In 2014 I started to learn about more Japanese groups. Those are mostly Nogizaka46, Tokyo Girls' Style, Team Syachihoko and Yumemiru Adolescence. So, I hope to see even more awesome things from them.

Hopes and predicitions:

I will do this again. It's so much fun to do and some of my predictions from last year became true, so they are (won't include the Kpop ones, since I'm not really a Kpop fan anymore):

H!P to continue their double A-sides (YEP!)
Morning Musume '14 to continue their Oricon 1st streak (sadly not for the last single) and be seen as a top group again (kinda?)
Morning Musume '14 to get invited to Kouhaku (sadly not ._.)
C-ute to sell more than 100,00 copies of a single (Nope. Dunno why I thought about this xD)
Berryz to get more PV and song budget (Yep, definetely)
AKB48 to release more ineteresting songs (Yeeess. Though some songs are still bland. And sadly more and more people are hating on them because of that)
Kojima Haruna to graduate/ announce her graduation (Nope, she's always just trolling xD)
AKB48 to not continue their 1 million streak (almost happened with KnP.. but man was I pessimistic)
More election places (I was spot on right with that XD)
Miyazawa Sae to come back to Team K or graduate (Nope, but something changed and she's a kennin in Team S now)

And now onto this years predictions:

AKB48

No bad incident or attack!

The Iwate Incident was a big shock, so I really hope something like this won't happen again!

Kojima Haruna to announce her graduation

Seriously, I'm including this in my predictions until she does it. xD But I do think she will at least announce it since Takamina will be leaving at the end of the year.

A lot of middle generation members to announce their graduations

That's a prediction, and I believe it will happen.

Takamina wins the election or get at least into Kami7

Okay, I'm not too sure this will happen. But I hope she will get into Kami7.

or Kashiwagi Yuki wins the election

If Takamina doesn't, I hope Yukirin does. Before sister group members take over everything (Jurina, Sayanee..), I really hope she will be able to center a song at least once. Come on Yukirin Wotas, you can do it!!

No big shuffle

This is a hope. Seriously, the shuffle just happened almost a year ago, I don't want a new one so soon.

This is a Japanese article about the Idol Boom（アイドルブーム ）in Japan and about the question if it will continue in 2015. I don't understand everything, but it was still interesting to read, as it was mostly about AKB48 and how they are completely taking over the charts and stuff. Other Idol groups like Momosu are mentioned too, and of course everyones new favourite Idol Hashimoto Kanna. I still don't know much about her, except that she's pretty cute.^^
About the Idol Boom, as an AKB48 fan myself I have to say that I have no problem with it. But of course I can understand if people are getting tired of them since they have been at the top for 5 years now. That's why I hope AKB (or any Idol group) will have a real big hit this year.
Idol groups are awesome!! :D

J-pop Wrap-up October 2013

Hello back to this months Jpop wrap-up.
This month TWO 48 groups released a single: NMB48 and AKB48 (well, the latter just came back but they had some big promotion going on he whole month..). This was pretty cool and exciting.
But except for that, there wasn't that much interesting news.. Since both groups got/ will get a sepreate post, this post is only about the few other songs I enjoyed this month!!


02.10 Berryz Koubou - Motto zutto issho ni itakatta/ Erotic Rock
Berryz is back with another double A-side (the year of double A-sides!!!). And I really like double A-sides.. ;)
Motto Zutto is a slow song and a lot more melodic than their latest stuff. It still has some weird sounds so I think it's typically Berryz. Not their most interestig song, but everyone sounds pretty good and the song is really nice to listen to! The music video is a bit awkward at first watch, especially the dance and the outfits. But after a few times it's ok. Still, a pretty boring video..

Erotic Rock is definetely the more individual song here. There are actually some ROCK guitars that create an actual pop-rock sound. Again, Berryz voices fit this song really good and it sounds cool.
The video is also awesome, because Yurina, Maasa and Chinami are dressed as boys and try to seduce the others, who are dressed as revealing girls.

16.10 Kashiwagi Yuki - Birthday Wedding
Yukirin is back with her 2nd single ''Birthday Wedding''. The song is similiar to ''Shortcake'' and has again a very idolish cute style that fits her beautiful voice. It's not a very original song but it's cute and relaxing!
The video is a bit more interesting than last time even though the story is a bit confusing. Of course it's about a wedding. If I understand it right, Yuki wants to marry the skater boy and asks her parents (?) to come to her wedding. But her father (?) has to go away and she's sad. But he comes back in the last second and HAPPY END.
Well, I'm not sure... xD
Anyways, Yukirin is as beautiful as always and I guess her fans will all go crazy over her in a wedding dress. xD (She looks like a princess from a disney movie)

30.10 Team Syachihoko - Ai no Chikyuusai
A group I never reviewed before.. Oh yeaaaaah!! xD
Well, I heard about them before. For all of you who don't know them, Team Syachihoko is something like Momoclo's little sister group. They are from Nagoya and follow the same weird concept. They even have the same colours (red, blue, green, yellow, pink and purple) Momoclo had when Akarin was still there. (Akariiiii.. -.-)
But enough of the introduction. They released a new song that's called ''Ai no Chikyuusai''. And the song is AWESOME!! Okay, it is weird at first listen, but trust me, it will soon be really, REALLY catchy. It's pure Idol-pop, I know, but I haven't listened to something that original and fun in a long time. It's the same as ''Up Up Typhoon'' it really makes me happy listening to it!! The video is also sooooo cool. The editing of their heads looks a bit cheap, but all the things they do are sooo awesome: weird dancing, cooking and playing in green costumes. Don't forget how there are suddenly 2 or even more of everyone.. And also, these girls are totally cute!! The pink one reminds me a bit of Sato Amina and it's nice to see some beautiful eyebrows and forehead between all the bangs (green one). So yeah, please enjoy it!!

News:
Something REALLY awesome happened!!!! It was announced, that Momosu will be the interpret of the official support song for the Japanese national team at the ''Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics''. That's so cool!!!!!! First the J-melo song and now that, I can't believe how far they have come. They are finally recognized as a top Idol group again and are now ready represent Japan. I hope the song will be as awesome as their latest stuff and preferebly a bit more energetic and happy (less electro and dubstep).

Also, as of October 12th Michishige Sayumi holds the longest tenure in Momosu. Congratiolations Shige-san.. :) Sadly this means she overtroned Gaki, but I'm still happy for her because she really cares for Momosu and is a great leader!!
Gaki's still the best though!!
