Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku - Kinpachi ~unboxing~

Today I'm doing an unboxing of Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku's second album 'Kinpachi', which I recently purchased because I'm turning into a fan (why are all the Idol groups so awesome?).

This is a very simple cover, but it looks nice. :)

 ORANGE!!

Even more orange in the inside of the CD case!

And the writing is in gold (fits the title). xD

The cover again.

The members up close. I do like the outfits, especially Rika's, Ayaka's and Aika's.
And they are lined up according to their numbers.

Oh wow, even more orange.

Here we have lyrics for all the songs.

The member names.

And the backside of the booklet.

Okay, the design of this album was pretty boring. There was a lot of orange and just one (!) picture with the members. I don't expect a high quality photobook, but I hoped for just a few more pictures. But it's just the regular edition, so yeah.

There was still a little card, and I got Riko. Actually, she is the member I know the least of this group. ^^' But I do like her, so it's okay. :) (If you wonder, my favourite member is Hinata)

Tracklist:

1. Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku no Nichijou (Prologue): Jijou no Jijou
2. Kinpachi DANCE MUSIC
3. Mikakunin Chuugakusei X (Kinpachi version)
4. Teburadeski ~Seishun Liberty~
5. Kind of Gakugeikai no Theme ~Nu Skool Teenage Riot~
6. Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku no Nichijou (Interlude): Hayaben Rap
7. Butterfly Effect
8. Chinchinpui
9. U.B.U (Kinpachi version)
10. Fuyukoi
11. Playback
12. Shiawase no Harigami wa itsumo senaka ni
13. Haitateki!
14. Tairyou Ebisu Bushi
15. Kaimono Shiyouto Machida he
16. Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku no Nochijou (Epilogue): Hotaru no Hikari (Demo)

Well, the titles of the songs are quite complicated if you ask me. But I do like this album a lot (or else I wouldn't have bought it, haha). I'm still not thaaat familiar with this group, but they have some awesome songs out there.
From this album I especially like the songs Tairyou Ebisu Bushi (which is some epic shit!!!), Playback (which is more relaxed) and Kinpachi Dance Music (which is just simply crazy). But I like all the songs, especially the three singles included here.
I can recommend everyone to check this out. EbiChuu is a very crazy group with awesome songs!

The ups and downs of life - Angerme

Today I will talk about Angerme's ''Nana Korobi Ya Oki'' from their newest triple A-side single ''Nana Korobi Ya Oki/ Gashin Shoutan / Mahou Tsukai Sally''.

This is actually the very first time I'm doing a full review on an Angerme song. Which is a shame, since their last single was already very good. I always had the feeling that I should have followed S/mileage a lot more, but I can't change that now. At least I'm following Angerme a lot now and in my opinion they are one of the leaders of H!P right now! Ever since the addition of the 3rd gen and the name change they got SO much attention! Riiiight, anyways.

Nana Korobi Ya Oki starts with very fast-paced piano and violin instrumentals but there are also some guitars added later. Those give the song a more rockish feeling and are used especially in the break down, which makes it so EPIC! I really like the song a lot, beacuse it's so fast and dramatic. The lyrics are also very interesting. The title is actually a proverb, which means ''The Ups and Downs of Life''. Literally it would mean something like ''Fall down 7 times, get up 8 times''. So, the whole song is about the hardships in life but that you shouldn't give up! Always stand up again! That's a really nice message and made me like the song even more. I actually used some lyrics of the song in a Japanese homework, where we should search something to translate. And even the Japanese students liked those lyrics, which made me really happy.

For this song the girls were actually departed into two groups. Kanon, Rina and Rikako are the dancers and the rest of the group are singing. Well, the dancers do whisper the title a few times, but that's it. Well, I think it's really interesting though and since the best vocals are still in the singer group I'm quite happy. Which means, Meimi is slaying this so much. Like OMG, this girl is so awesome. I'm also very positively surprised about Murota's voice. It isn't by far perfect, but she's got quite a nice vocal power. I kind of have the feeling that this isn't the perfect song for Kana though. Okay, in recent live performances she sounds better, but the recording isn't as mind-blowing as her voice usually is (and she really has an awesome voice, so it's a shame). Well, Akari and Ayaka sound great for their standarts (still not the biggest fan of Ayaka's voice, but she sounds more decent in recent songs). And then we still have Maho, who to me sounds like she has the least vocal power. But she has a nice raw sound to her, which is really interesting. :) Oh right, one thing: this song is definetely soo cool in live performances! So do check one out!!

But now onto the video:

It starts with all the members in a big hall.
Well, the outfits already look epic.

Our dance trio: Rina, Kanon and Rikako.

Kanon looks so freaking young. And even though it's still sad, I'm somehow excited to see the group after her graduation. :)

Rina looks like she will start laughing every second. xD

Wow, Rikako looks so old here. :o

The special dance of the dance trio looks really cool.

Legs!!

A smiling Rina is a nice Rina. :D She's really beuatiful *-*

Ups and DOWNS!! *theatralic fall-down*

Wada looking awesome here.

Wow, that confidence. :o

Murota: I know I'm awesome!

TRIO

Height differences.
And I love how Maho is laughing while Akari is all like: This is serious business!

Kana: I'm a tiger!
Rawr XD

Little Miss Vampire Teeth looking slightly emotional. XD

Kana: Maji de?

Kanon is so obviously in the spotlight here. Which looks pretty funny, since she is doing a different dance.

I want you!

Yeaaah, touch ma body!

Murota looks like a little gangster..

Maho is such a cutie.

And Akari still looks like a baby. xD

SUPERMAN!

I atcually really like both dances. The dance of the singer team...

.. and the dance trio.

Must.look.dramatic.

But she's really cool and I like how energetic she is.

Nice shot

I need you!

Kana, what do you want to show us? :'D

This video is so Murota heavy xD

Dawaaa

Meimi is so awesome, everyone wants to touch her!

Meimi: I know!
OMG, LOOK AT THAT SMUG FACE!

Rinapuuuu centerrr!! :3

Falling down again!

Now we arrived at Maho's part. She's still a little bit stiff, but that has a very interesting charme I think.

Okay, her lips only.

Akari! Go home, you're drunk!

This group is still all about the legs

Rina: I'm not feeling well..

This looks cool

Dawa is ruling over them all.

Dawa: I'm the queen!
Yes, you are *-*

Murotan: Shut uup!

Why so serious?

Meimi is so into it

Akari: You're next!
Rina: No, I'm done with this shit.
Kanon: NO, speak with my hand.

Akari: This is boring

Awesome dance break that is really hard to screenshot!

Rikako is such a cutie here.

Epic dance break continues.

Oh so much creativity, H!P. *sigh*

The DIVA!

Murota looks funny here. xD

Ooooh, sun in my eyes!! What's with that location change in the last 30 seconds?

This looks quite artistic.

And this is epic (seriously, everything about this song is epic)

Meimi, where are you touching? :o
Dawa: No touching the Murota please!

Uuuh, those three did such a great job!

Haha, part of Kanon's shoulder thing is covering her face.

Kids partyyy

Back in this location.

Rikakooooo (they aren't using her quite as much as I expected them to do)

JUMP!

And Dawa is doing the last whispering.

END POSE!

Again, the best word to describe this video is EPIC. I mean, it was still a cheap H!P video, but I really loves the location, the outfits, the DANCE. The three main dancers were really fun to watch, but everyone looked nice and had so much energy. There was a lot of Murota in this video, but since she is a really talented girl I can't complain. I think everyone got a bit spotlight, which is awesome.

So yeah, this is a cool video and probably my favourite H!P release of the year so far.
And it was just released yesterday... :o
