A big change to Morning Musume

                                       

The time has come! Oh no, I'm not talking about AKB48's new dcumentary, I'm talking about another idol group: Morning Musume ('14). Their concept is all about line-up changes, so it's no surprise when someone announces her graduation from the group. Well, it still leaves a big impact, because there aren't that many Momosu members right now. It's not like with SKE48, where thousands of girls left the last few months (no not thousand, but you get what I mean). So yeah, back to the topic:
Michishige Sayumi announced her graduation!!

Okay, honestly.. this isn't a big shock for me. I even kind of feel happy right now. We all knew she would sooner or later leave the group because she's already pretty old for Momosu's idol standards. I mean, she's 10 years older than some of the youngest.. Still, because of her young looks she didn't fell out of place. Nope, in my opinion she even got better the last two years! When she entered Momosu in 2003 she was a cute little girl with a cute chubby face who always said she was the cutest and even invented ''Usa-chan Peace'':

She wasn't exactly famous for her voice but more for her interesting personality. And even though she isn't as narcissitic as she was back then, she is still pretty interesting to watch in variety shows. After Gaki-san's graduation in 2012 the leader position was given to Sayumi, who has been the oldest since then. Many people were worried about that, but Sayumi surprised everyone with her great leader qualities! She lead the group into a new era and now we have 5 consicutive number 1 singles, which is the first time Momosu has such a record! Of course it's not only thanks to Sayumi, but without her the group wouldn't be, where they are now. She pulled the girls together and even learned a lot herself. Not only her personality matured, but also her looks and especially her performance. She is able to keep up with the younger girls in terms of dances, hell I even think her dance is very beautiful and graceful.

I didn't really like her at first, but now she became a member that I truly respect. I definetely wish her to succeed in everything she wants to do after her graduation. But we still have a few months left until her graduation, so I'm looking forward to her last appearances with the group! I'm a bit worried about what will happen to Momosu when she leaves, but there's still time, so I won't think about that right now..

Oh, I actually bought the new Momosu single ''Toki wo Koe, Sora wo Koe/ Password is 0'' and guess whose card I got?

Now that she announced her graduation I'm even happier that I got her card. xD

Sousenkyo - supporting my favourites

Because I'm so excited for Sousenkyo, I designed two posters. One is for Matsui Jurina and the other one for Miyazawa Sae. These two are the ones I will vote for (if my CDs come early enough), so I thought creating these pictures would also help promoting them.

This and that

This is another random post, but I just have to talk about a few things. Right now I don't have that much time to write on this blog. I'm preparing for my final exams and I don't know, I'm often just not in the mood to write posts in my free time. It's so much more relaxing to just watching videos etc. (I watched sooo many AKBingo episodes lately..). So yeah, it will take a while, but I will definetely review some of the latest videos soon.. And I will also write about Sousenkyo etc.. And AKB48's new single will be released soon.. :D

Anyways, I will now talk about a few things that grabbed my attention lately. (Yes I'm not lazy now!!)

First up is Hashimoto Ai. Never heard of her? Well, she is probably still a Japanese newcomer actress, but she was involved in quite a few productions (Sadako 3D, Amachan). So, somehow she appeared EVERYWHERE now! Like, seriously I see her soo often in CM's, Music Videos etc. And guess what, she played in the live movie adaption of one of my favourite Manga: ''Another''. I have yet to (continue reading the Manga) watch the movie but I hope I will find the time to do so. Also, I would have NEVER guessed she is my age. She turned 18 in January. 18!! Like, she looks so much older and more mature. She always has a pretty serious expression. Look for yourself, here are a few beautiful pictures of her:

Speaking about actresses, there's another one I recently found out about: Mana Ashida. Actually, I knew her from Maru Maru Mori Mori before, but she now plays in some drama and I saw quite a few gifs from that. She seems like a pretty good actress there! Oh and by the way, she's only 9. LOL. xD With that Age she already appeared in a Hollywood movie: ''Pacific Rim''. I actually haven't watched this movie, but I saw a scene of her and she is really good. Adding to that, she can probably speak better English than most of the Japanese Idols. Oh, and I saw her on a quiz show where she could answer every question. She seems to be pretty smart. xD She also has a few solo songs, that are also pretty catchy. The best is, in my opinion, Suteki na Nichiyoubi ~ Gyu Gyu Good Day!~. :D She is just soo damn cute and I hope she will be an awesome actress in the future!



Moving away from the actresses, now I will talk about new my favourite song. It's the song ''Namida mo denai, Kanashiku mo nai nan ni mo shitakunai'' by C-ute. This song is included in their 8th Album Queen of Jpop and is centered by Mai. I just love this song sooo much and I listen to it every day. It's a pretty nice song to dance too and the chorus is so beautiful. You know, it's kinda sad but the members sound like they try to overcome it... Somehow it also makes ME sad and makes me think about soo many things.. well, I didn't have a favourite song like this in a very long time.. It's simply a perfect song and I totally started to like Mai more through this (I liked her before, but she somtimes annoys me).

This is officially one of my favourite Japanese songs.. and now I feel bad that I didn't review C-ute's latest single. It was good.. But not as good as THIS song!!

Sakurai Reika. Well, she's still my favourite Nogizaka46 member it seems. There is no other member that amazed me as much as she did. And now I found this picture and she looks so awesome!! I also found out that she is a pretty good singer. Yeay!!

How can Kudo Haruka be so perfect? I mean, she's 14!! Well, she slowly climbed to the top of my Momosu oshi-list and is enjoying the view there, together with Eripon. Yeah, I like them ikemens.. xD

No comment.. Except for that: Team K saikoo!!

I'm SO happy Jurina doesn't have her bangs anymore. She looks more beautiful without them! Here she looks perfect and I even like her long hair (even though Jurina with short hair was so much more ikemen and badass.. well..)

I would die without these regular Sae pictures. Lol. But I'm happy that we will see her in SKE48 activities soon! The Team S senshuuraku already took place today.. Miyazawa Team S will start soon!!

And finally Sayaka, who advertises for swimsuits - and looks simply perfect. But typically Sae-chan, she immediately asked her, where her boobs are.. Gotta love funny Sae-baka and Twintower friendship!! xD

Back to the Platinum Era - Nanchatte Renai

Happy Easter!!!!! :D

Aaaaaand like last year I will again review a song today. Perhaps I will do this as a regular thing.. review something on easter. ;) I mean, it can't be so hard to review some random video once a year, right?
Anyways, back to the song: Today I will review Morning Musume's 40th single Nanchatte Renai.

Oh, the memories. I surely miss this line-up and I just can't believe that only Sayumi is left from that time. I mean, who would have guessed that she would be last one to leave the ship??? Or that she would be in the most singles? xD Well, I always wanted to review a Platinum Era song (Yup, not only because of Sayumi). As I said, the line-up is really amazing. I mean, it isn't perfect (when was it?) but it is definetely one of the best!! I especially love that Ai-chan and Gaki-san were still part of the group as they are two of my all-time favourites.. And let's not forget about our little turtle Kamei-chan.. And of course the pandas, Jun Jun and Lin Lin. The miracle Koharu was still screaming her way through the singles (nothing against her, but her voice isn't the greatest..), Mittsi was awkwardly smiling and Reina smirking at the cameras.. And of course Sayumi's face was a lot chubbier than it is now.. lol. xD So yeah, this is an interesting line-up..

But now it's time to talk about the song. Hmm, where do I start. Actually, Nanchatte Renai was the first song I ever listened to by Morning Musume!! v(^^)v What I immediately liked about the song, is that it's pretty dark and mysterious. And since it's a song about a fake love, it is also pretty sad.. I really like the sad piano beginning, it's so beautiful. The singing parts are of course also very nice. I mean the vocals feels so melancholic and sad but they are still nice to listen too. Somehow I really love these melancholic Japanese song.. xD I think it's cool, that there are almost only solo lines in this song. Well, of course Ai-chans vocals dominate here and she gets the most lines. For example she taked half of both verses.. What's interesting is that the rest of one verse is sung by Koharu and the other by Sayumi. These two are considered as two of the weakest vocalists of Momusu ever, so that's quite odd for such a vocal-heavy song. BUT I don't think they sound that much out of place. Of course their parts aren't as good as Ai-chan's part, but I still think it's interesting to hear such high-pitched and squeaking vocals after the deep ones of Ai-chan... The rest of the solo lines go to Reina, Risa and Eri. I actually think Reina sounds very good in this song. There are songs where she sounds a bit odd, but here she is perfect in my opinion. Risa always sounds great and Eri is also awesome here.. Especially her ''Homono ni~'' is pretty nice! Sadly JunLin and Mitsui only get a few shared rap lines, a few shared Nanchatte's and a shared part in the last chorus.. Well, as sad as this is, it was normal and couldn't be changed. At least Mitsui can shine a bit at the rap parts, as her rapping kinda is the only thing I like about her.. xP

Seems like I have a lot to talk about here.. lol. Well, I totally love this song and I never really talked about this line-up before so yeah..

But don't worry, I will look at the video now!!!

Wow, this video is sooo beautiful. I again understand just why I fell in love with this group so much! The members look stunning, the dance is beautiful and the location is so damn cool! And I have to mention Ai-chan again. Wow, she looks soooo good here. She was the first one I recognized when I watched this video for the first time and yes, she was the first Momusu member I really, REALLY liked. So yeah, isn't she amazing here? ;) The others are, of course, also great. Gaki-saaaan!!!

Sooooo, I think it's clear that I totally love this single release!!! The song is awesome and the video is also so damn cool!! One of the best Momosu songs ever.
